Eqotip Proceq

Proceq's Equotip enables portable hardness inspection of almost any object, polished parts and heat-treated surfaces. The hardness measurements are made by using the dynamic rebound testing method according to Leeb, the static Portable Rockwell hardness test and the Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) method. The rugged Swiss-made metal NDT hardness testers are designed for portable hardness testing in the lab, in the workshop, at production facilities or on site. Proceq's latest innovation is Equotip Live featuring a wireless impact device, mobile app, real-time data sharing and cloud backup.

DPT HelmutKlumpf

Our principal, Helmut Klumpf KG, headquartered in Herten, has been a pioneer in the crack detetion arena with experience of supplying for more than 50 years to a diverse industrial clientele.

Their brand DIFFU-THERM ® makes products which cater to non-destructive testing (NDT) needs for metal and partially non-metallic surfaces. We supply products for the following techniques:

• Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) > Red/White > System C >System UV
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT).

All the products meet the European EN standards and are checked patterns. The Helmut Klumpf KG is cooperative member of the German Society for Non-Destructive Testing for over 40 years and is also a member of the German Welding Society DVS .

• RED/WHITE:
  

  Dye Penetrant System Red / White

  The system DIFFU-THERM ® Red / white is made of a with water washable liquid. It ´s daylight visible and includes a red penetrant, a developer and a cleaner.

  BDR – GL is a new enhanced penetrant!

  Advantage of this method is that small amounts of dirt in the failure, such as Oil and grease residues, are colored by the penetrant. Another advantage is that the user can recognize when the penetration is complete. This is done by the evaporation of the carrier liquid penetrant and is indicated by the turning of the hue in a Braun. The penetration time depends on the test temperature. At lower temperatures, the penetration will be automatically extended, as the carrier liquid evaporates slowly. At the intermediate purification, the dried-penetrant is removed with detergent and water, from the test surface. A washout of penetrant in the defects is not so easy. After spraying of the developer to show the ads sharply. Development process is complete when the developer is dry. Even after days of no change in the ads is clear.

  DIFFU-THERM ® System C

  The DIFFU-THERM ® System C contains a daylight visible red penetrant, a developer and a cleaner.

  It is suitable for the temperature range from 50°C to 200°C.

• System UV
  

  DIFFU-THERM ® System: UV

  For the DIFFU-THERM ® system UV all at System red / white described applies.

  In the DIFFU-THERM ® UV system an assessment of defective workpieces is only possible with UV light. The system is characterized by emulsifying and washing with water.

  In general magnetic particle inspection by DIFFU-THERM ® is also an extremely sensitive method of non-destructive testing, but its use is restricted to ferro-magnetic materials.

  The magnetic flux leakage method used to demonstrate microscopic defects on the surface and in the interior of ferromagnetic workpieces.

MiniTest 400

Robust and precise ultrasound thickness measurement gauge based on the ultrasonic pulse run-time method. Six ultrasonic test probes with frequencies ranging from 2 to 10 MHz in different designs to provide a broad spectrum of applications and thickness measurements ranging from 0.65mm to 500mm. The high temperature ultrasonic test probe enables measurement on materials heated up to 350°C.

The MiniTest 400 is available in three variants:

• MiniTest 420 – the sturdy entry-level model with the most important basic functions
• MiniTest 430 – with an extended range of functions and a USB interface
• MiniTest 440 – the high-end device that can also take measurements by penetrating coatings

The intelligent ultrasonic test probes are recognised automatically by the device. Recalibration is therefore unnecessary when switching probes. You can scan an item continually for thin areas in minimum mode.
